SSAB EMEA AB acquired LaserTool in Blekinge AB on July 3rd.

We have had a close and well-functioning collaboration for some time, and in order to further develop the expertise we possess in laser hardening, SSAB EMEA AB has decided to acquire LaserTool i Blekinge AB.

LaserTool i Blekinge AB will be operated as a fully-owned subsidiary, with Martin Nilsson remaining as CEO.

For LaserTool, this signifies a fresh start with a large, secure, yet committed owner who aims to develop the operations in Olofström together with LaserTool’s personnel.

We look very positively towards the future and will continue to offer the same high service level and an expanded range of services.

For our customers, everything will continue to function as usual; we will have the same organization number, the same name, and the same contact channels that you are accustomed to.
